All collision-induced errors put the system in Safe Torque Off, and the robot can be safely braked and held in place for as long as the error is induced. The brake can be released manually via the robot key switch and adjacent buttons. *9.1.5.1 (1) The main body of the sandblasting room consists of the civil foundation of the lower pit and the upper chamber body, which is used to provide an enclosed space for sand blasting operation so as to facilitate the recycling of sand particles and dust control. Dimensions of installation area for the whole set of equipment: L×W×H=34000×11000×11000mm. *9.1.6.2 The dimensions and stroke of the console in all directions shall fully meet the treatment needs of all surfaces of various types of rail passenger cars of the Tenderee. The net size of the console surface shall not be less than 2000mm in length and 800mm in width, and the carrying capacity at various positions shall not be less than 260kg. A safety lock is installed on the workbench to ensure that the door cannot be opened during sand blasting or when the workbench moves. Dust-proof measures shall be taken for guide rails and transmission parts of the console. |
3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:*3.1 The Bidder must be a manufacturer, and agency bidding is not accepted.
*3.2 The Bidder shall provide a copy of the business license (business registration certificate) or business license certificate.
*3.3 The Bidder shall have a manufacturing performance similar to the contents of this bidding from January 1, 2021 to present, and provide a list of such performance. The Bidder must issue copies of relevant sales contracts (including the beginning and ending pages, seal pages, equipment name, model and list page) as supporting materials.
*3.4 The Bidder shall provide the basic account opening certificate materials and the original or copy of the bank reference letter issued by the deposit bank of the Bidder's basic account within 3 months before the deadline for submission of bid.
*3.5 For Bidders within the customs territory of the People's Republic of China, it shall additionally provide: if the Bidder is listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement by the people's court before the deadline for bidding, its bid will be rejected.
